Associate Product Manager - AI Agents (Healthcare)
100ms
About Us
100ms is building AI agents that automate complex patient access workflows in U.S. healthcare - starting with benefits verification, prior authorization, and referral intake in specialty pharmacy.
We help care teams reduce administrative burden so patients can start treatment faster. Our automation platform combines deep healthcare knowledge with LLM-based agents and robust operational infrastructure. You’ll join a specialized team focused on scaling healthcare automation through intelligent voice and data systems.
As a Product Manager, you’ll own end-to-end delivery for AI agents automating healthcare workflows - from product strategy to client deployment. You’ll translate real-world operational challenges into structured, scalable AI systems, working across LLM prompt design, schema architecture, and production rollout.
You’ll collaborate directly with founders, engineering, design, and product marketing to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for key healthcare product lines.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the product roadmap for healthcare AI agents.
- Understand customer pain points, uncover product gaps, and generate ideas that grow adoption and ROI.
- Translate strategy into detailed product requirements, prototypes, and sprint priorities.
- Partner with engineering to deliver fast and reliably with high product quality.
- Lead pilot rollouts, track SLAs, and build data-driven feedback loops.
- Drive product launches with marketing and customer teams.
- Develop pricing and positioning strategies with leadership.
- Serve as the product evangelist, building awareness internally and externally.
- Define and track product health metrics — engagement, accuracy, latency, and conversion.

- Technical Execution: Collaborate with engineering on schema updates, APIs, and automation tests. Own agent evals and QA.
- Deployment: Operationalize workflows for clients. Oversee pilots, SLAs, and scaling success.
- Analytics: Define and monitor key performance metrics. Use insights to drive iteration.
- Compliance: Enforce HIPAA standards and data security across the stack.
- Communication: Maintain crisp specs, release notes, and internal updates.
Who You Are
- Systems Thinker: You design workflows like state machines — precise and repeatable.
- Technical PM: You can read JSON payloads, debug logic, and talk API fluently.
- Operator Mindset: You measure success in SLAs, accuracy, and completion rates.
- First-Principles Builder: You design solutions from scratch, not templates.
- Velocity Obsessed: You ship weekly and iterate based on metrics, not opinions.

- Delivery Leadership: Proven ability in SLA governance, stakeholder management, and escalation handling.
- People Management: Experience handling schedules, rosters, training, and performance management.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; bonus if comfortable with SQL or BI tools. Strong data hygiene.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English with crisp documentation.
- Compliance Orientation: Comfortable working in environments handling sensitive data/PII.
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in U.S. healthcare, RCM, or benefits verification.
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, EHR integrations, or workflow orchestration.
- Exposure to Langfuse, Twilio, LiveKit, or voice AI systems.
