We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Channel Enablement Manager to join our team. The Sr Channel Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our channel partners by developing and executing effective enablement programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of aligning channel partners with our company's objectives and ensuring their success in delivering our products or services to customers.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ in a channel enablement, partner management, or related within a technology/SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies with a proven track record of building scalable training programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in working cross functionally to build content and deliver trainings.
- Strategic thinking and prioritization skills with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and use insights to make recommendations.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth through channel partners.

What you can expect:
- Develop Channel Enablement Strategy : Create and implement a comprehensive channel enablement strategy aligned with business objectives and partner needs.
- Process improvement: Proactively identify and lead efforts to implement program improvements, innovative solutions, and new approaches to enhance team efficiency and channel partner effectiveness.
- Partner Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to understand their requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor, consulting with them on training needs and delivering projects to support them.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with leaders in sales, marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of channel enablement initiatives with overall company strategies.
- Training and Development: Develop training programs and resources to equip channel partners with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively promote, sell, and support our products or services.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality sales and marketing collateral, presentations, playbooks, and other enablement materials tailored to the needs of channel partners.
- Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to channel partners, including assistance with sales opportunities, deal registrations, and overcoming objections.
- Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of channel enablement programs and initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on the performance of channel partners.
- Product and Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and our product roadmap to effectively enable channel partners and help them capitalize on market opportunities.
- Mentorship: Mentor channel enablement team members, contributing to the ongoing development and training of the team
USA-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $123,000 USD and $167,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The Annual salary for this role is between $115,000 CAD and $155,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

We believe in the power of remote work, but we also recognize that some in-person connection with team members and customers is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to bi-annual department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across Canada and the USA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
