Location: Acko Drive Service Centre, Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru

ACKO Drive is building a seamless car ownership platform – from buying a new car to maintaining, repairing, and selling it. We are setting up a network of multi-brand service centres operated under standardized SOPs to deliver best-in-class customer experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Service Advisor to be the face of ACKO at our Acko Drive Service Centre, Kudlu Gate. The role involves managing customer interactions, coordinating workshop operations, and ensuring superior service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and understand service needs.

  • Provide professional advice on repairs, maintenance, and preventive care.

  • Prepare job cards, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.

  • Coordinate with workshop & parts teams to ensure smooth service flow.

  • Maintain transparency on costs, timelines, and approvals.

  • Drive customer satisfaction (NPS), handle escalations, and build long-term relationships.

  • Achieve upselling & cross-selling targets for VAS and preventive maintenance packages.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.

  • 2–5 years of experience as Service Advisor in Car OEMs or multi-brand workshops.

  • Experience in handling both service and bodyshop vehicles.

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Familiarity with job card systems, billing, and SOP adherence.
