As a Sales Development Representative at AdRoll, you'll play a pivotal role on our Revenue Marketing team, focusing on generating and qualifying leads to create valuable meetings for our sales team. This role is open in New York City as a hybrid role, and will require working in the office one day a week.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Conduct research to identify prospects and create effective strategies to develop relationships and promote our advertising solution.
  • Drive revenue growth by initiating outreach through emails, phone calls, and social media, with a focus on securing meetings for the sales team.
  • Educate prospects about our programmatic advertising offerings.
  • Identify and nurture high-quality leads, managing the lead generation process to convert them into valuable meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing and Sales Managers, and senior leadership on various projects to support the entire sales team.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and evolution of our customer base.

Skills you’ll bring:

  • Digital literacy, including proficiency in sales prospecting tools and Google Apps.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity and a desire to understand the 'why' and 'how'.
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to navigate a sophisticated sales process while meeting monthly and quarterly activation targets.
  • Growth mindset, with a hunger for leading, managing, and embracing change, seeking out coaching and converting feedback into practical results.
  • Strong ethics and a commitment to doing the right thing for our customers, co-workers, and the company.

It’s a bonus if you have experience:

  • In sales or cold calling
  • With a CRM like, and sales prospecting resources like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Selling technology/media solutions

Additional Information:

Minimum hourly wage of $19.23 to maximum hourly wage of $29.78 + commission + equity + benefits.

Up to 42.86% commission will be paid quarterly based on achievement of sales targets.

The range provided is NextRoll’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
