Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager at AgroStar, located in Dhule. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication, sales, customer service, training, and sales management. The role involves interacting with farmers, promoting AgroStar's solutions, providing excellent customer service, and training farmers on using our platform effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Ability to provide training and support to farmers
- Experience in sales management
- Knowledge of agriculture and farming practices
- Familiarity with the local agricultural market
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field
