Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Jalgaon for seeds. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the designated territory for cotton, maize and other FC, managing customer relationships, providing training to sales teams, and executing sales strategies. The role also includes ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc Agri
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Customer Service expertise
  • Ability to train and develop sales teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the AgTech or agriculture industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
