Role Overview:

The Assistant Regional Manager will be responsible for driving state‑level sales and revenue growth across Haryana. The role demands strong knowledge of local markets and customer dynamics, with accountability for achieving revenue targets and expanding customer base. The incumbent will design and execute business strategies, conduct market research, and ensure effective brand positioning.

The Role:

  • As an Assistant Regional Manager for Haryana, you must have complete knowledge of the local areas of the state.
  • Manage and operate state level revenue numbers for your assigned region.
  • Create business strategies to drive revenue numbers and on-board new customers.
  • Conduct market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness.
  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Qualifications:

  • 7+ Years of experience managing sales across Haryana region.
  • Preferred undergraduate or master’s degree in Agriculture
  • Prior experience of managing a team of sales professionals
  • Passionate about sales and driving revenue
  • Excellent communication skills
