Role Description

This is a contract Sales Officer role based on-site in Suryapet. The Sales Officer will focus on building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and channel partners. Key responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, driving sales, conducting regular customer visits, and providing guidance on AgroStar’s product offerings. The role involves executing strategies to achieve sales targets, facilitating seamless operations, and delivering superior customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
  • Experience in Channel Sales and effective partner relationship management
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of agricultural products, practices, and farmer needs is a plus
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Graduate degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
