Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Chief of Staff who will support our CEO and leadership team. This person will own both operational and administrative processes, as well as execute on several high-impact special projects. This is a high profile role that requires sharp critical thinking, extreme resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a sounding board for new ideas and initiatives with the CEO.
  • Work with other leadership to facilitate clear and timely communication, oversee project tracking, and help get things across the finish line.
  • Own investor relations, including monthly updates, board meetings, and investor decks.
  • Run company meetings such as All Hands and QBRs, as well as our weekly leadership team meeting and quarterly leadership offsites.
  • Assist CEO with external and internal presentations and communications.
  • Lead one-off special projects and fill organization gaps as needed.
  • Be resourceful and support day-to-day operations of the company as things come up.

What You’ll Need

  • Work in-person from our San Francisco office 4 days a week.
  • 4+ years professional experience; startup experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working closely or within GTM teams.
  • Very strong work ethic - This high-visibility role demands resiliency and a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Incredibly sharp and strategic thinker.
  • Highly resourceful with the ability to create structure and work autonomously amidst ambiguity.
  • Belief in or values.

Location

  • San Francisco Office, onsite 4 days a week.

Salary

  • For this job- $161k-$175k + a generous equity package, and benefits listed below for the US Market.
