Description
As an Enterprise Corporate Sales(ECS) Regional Sales Director, you will play an integral part in our strategy in establishing and expanding our footprint in the top corporate accounts in the country. This role is a coaching and developing role where the leader will focus on transactional growth while developing great sales talent.

Role Description
Considerable experience in technology sales management combined with a consistent track record of success in a similar enterprise software environment
History of effective hiring, training, and developing Account Executives
Coaching experience and talent management capabilities
Consistent track record of quota carrying technology sales and account management experience as an individual contributor and manager
Recent experience managing and closing transactional sales-cycle within large enterprise accounts
Success in working within a highly matrixed organization
Demonstrable knowledge of budgeting, and forecasting
Key Industry knowledge and ability to effectively articulate the value prop and methodology and coach AE’s to deliver the same message
Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
Strong customer and previous management reference
Bachelor’s Degree required
