The Finance & Strategy (F&S) team serves as a trusted adviser to the business to help guide decision-making through business partner support and innovative and informative analyses. We are looking for forward-thinking, results-oriented individuals who will succeed in a fast-paced environment, thrive in leading teams, and improve processes that will allow the company to scale with growth! The F&S Marketing team is seeking a Manager who is a thought leader and self-starter, has extensive business knowledge of Marketing and partners closely with teams across the Company to drive results.
Responsibilities:
Be a trusted finance business partner to the Marketing business to help inform and guide decision-making through insightful, thoughtful analysis that is deeply grounded in data and metrics.
Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and other departments to build financial models based on financial and operational data.
Enhance and develop drivers and ROI based frameworks to further support investment decision making.
Prepare and deliver high quality, clear, tailored executive presentations and reports.
Perform ad-hoc analysis with input from multiple stakeholders and cross-functional perspective.
Drive completion of projects and achieve results and goals.
Identify issues and drive process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or analytic roles. Experience coaching and leading teams is preferred.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and Tableau.
Strong business partnering skills with proven track record to collaborate and drive results with business partners.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
Extensive financial modeling experience, including advanced spreadsheet skills.
Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with a high degree of ambiguity and constant change.
Preferred experience in enterprise SaaS and US GAAP.
This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week
