The Finance & Strategy (F&S) team serves as a trusted adviser to the business to help guide decision-making through business partner support and innovative and informative analyses. We are looking for forward-thinking, results-oriented individuals who will succeed in a fast-paced environment, thrive in leading teams, and improve processes that will allow the company to scale with growth! The F&S Marketing team is seeking a Manager who is a thought leader and self-starter, has extensive business knowledge of Marketing and partners closely with teams across the Company to drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted finance business partner to the Marketing business to help inform and guide decision-making through insightful, thoughtful analysis that is deeply grounded in data and metrics.

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and other departments to build financial models based on financial and operational data.

  • Enhance and develop drivers and ROI based frameworks to further support investment decision making.

  • Prepare and deliver high quality, clear, tailored executive presentations and reports.

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis with input from multiple stakeholders and cross-functional perspective.

  • Drive completion of projects and achieve results and goals.

  • Identify issues and drive process improvements.


Required Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or analytic roles. Experience coaching and leading teams is preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Tableau.

  • Strong business partnering skills with proven track record to collaborate and drive results with business partners.

  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

  • Extensive financial modeling experience, including advanced spreadsheet skills.

  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with a high degree of ambiguity and constant change.

  • Preferred experience in enterprise SaaS and US GAAP.

This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week
