We are hiring for the position of Product Manager, AR and RevRec! We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the development of scalable Accounts Receivable (AR) and Revenue Recognition solutions within our enterprise finance product suite. You’ll play a key role in building products that automate, optimize, and ensure compliance across global revenue operations.
This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise financial workflows, ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle), and compliance with revenue accounting standards such as ASC 606 and IFRS 15. You’ll drive product discovery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional execution to deliver finance products that meet the demands of high-growth, global organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AR and revenue recognition solutions — from discovery to delivery and iteration.

  • Partner with finance, accounting, engineering, and compliance teams to understand business requirements and regulatory needs.

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities and compliance timelines.

  • Conduct product discovery through user interviews, data analysis, and market research to identify opportunities and validate solutions.

  • Translate complex financial requirements into well-scoped, technically feasible, and prioritized product features.

  • Drive integration strategies with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) and ensure seamless data flow across revenue processes.

  • Ensure product compliance with ASC 606, IFRS 15, and evolving revenue recognition requirements globally.

  • Collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features.

  • Analyze KPIs and financial data to measure product impact, uncover insights, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in finance, accounting, or enterprise SaaS environments.

  • Deep understanding of Accounts Receivable workflows and revenue recognition principles, particularly ASC 606 / IFRS 15.

  • Experience with ERP platforms such as Workday

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and work closely with engineering, finance, and compliance.

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar).

  • Experience with roadmapping, prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW), and Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication and receptive listening skills, with ability to present sophisticated ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Excellent teammate able to collaborate with virtual and global cross functional teams

  • Excellent influencing skills


Experience/Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in finance or tax tech domains.

  • Hands-on experience with roadmapping, product discovery, and prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW, etc.).

  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills; proficiency with tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

  • Demonstrated understanding of ASC 606 and Revenue Recognition and AR processes

  • Deep familiarity with Workday, or similar ERP and tax platforms.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication and receptive listening skills, with ability to present sophisticated ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Excellent teammate able to collaborate with virtual and global cross functional teams

  • Excellent influencing skills


Experience/Skills Desired:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise finance software.

  • Exposure to Revenue Management platforms (e.g., Zuora).

  • Familiarity with global financial regulations and multi-currency operations.

  • CPA or background in accounting or finance is a plus but not required.

  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM techniques

  • Excellent, creative problem-solving skills

  • Solid understanding in information technology architecture components, procedures and practices
