Overview of the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy to join the Corporate Strategy team to help drive activation and alignment of our monetization strategy, accelerate growth, and align and build frameworks to accelerate our portfolio strategy.

In this role, the Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy will work cross-functionally to deliver projects with Pricing & Packaging, Product Operations, Deal Desk, Product Marketing, Renewals, Sales Strategy, AEs, and T&P teams to establish and own deliverables and an operational rhythm that increases transparency, clarity, and alignment across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new offers, policies and contracting strategies. This role will focus on new approaches for consumption revenue, including uncapped offers.

  • Turn ideas into requirements, and pilots into programs that scale globally across market segments.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Distribution, Product, Operations, Revenue, Finance, and Deal Desk. Build the business case to evolve systems, processes and incentives.

  • Measure success through the portfolio lifecycle - including revenue, uplift, attrition, adoption, and margin. Manage a roadmap of impact and deliverables.

  • Partner on the development of plays, enablement and resources.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in a combination of strategy, change management, operations, process delivery, program/project management, consulting, product marketing, marketing, or comms.

  • Deep experience working with Salesforce Pricing & Packaging (Flex Credits a plus), Product Operations, Deal Desk, Product Marketing, Renewals, GTM Strategy, and T&P teams.

  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form; ability to translate complex concepts, data, and product information into clear, concise and unified messaging.

  • Ability to own and build repeatable process frameworks, measure outcomes, and continual improvement.

  • Ability to dive into any area of the business or product, understand business needs, and facilitate strategic decisions, direction, and communications based on changing priorities.

  • Ability to work well with executives; lead and influence across multiple levels and functions of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years in CRM Industry
