Description
We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our productivity integrations strategy designing seamless experiences between Slack and the enterprise tools customers use every day. In this role, you'll own the product vision and execution for native calendar, email, and other critical productivity integrations that help our users work more efficiently and effectively with both humans and agents in Slack.
What You'll Do
Prototype, build and land delightful Slack experiences, leading with deep user empathy
Develop a product strategy and roadmap that focuses on the opportunities that have the biggest customer impact, making our users lives more pleasant and productive on Slack
Inspire executives, leadership, and cross-functional peers on your product vision and solutions, working collaboratively with engineering, design, research, and other PMs to drive work forward
Implement at a fast pace with a focus on user experience, impact, and learning, making trade-offs, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication
Required Skills and Experience
8+ years of experience leading major product initiatives across consumer or direct-to-customer business products
Experience building enterprise integrations and working with platform ecosystems
Proven track record of prototyping and launching innovative and user-centered products
Customer empathy and product craft, with a strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, whether working with executives, cross-functional partners, or when mentoring peers

Tolerance for ambiguity, creativity in strategy and execution tactics, and always improving the status quo and moving things forward
