The Manager Business Analysis drives strategic transformation across the Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) organization as part of our Agentic-first enterprise, owning complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance the seller, operators, and partners experience while ensuring operational excellence. This role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring exceptional adaptability and comfort with ambiguous, rapidly evolving priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams. This individual contributor role requires proven Business Analysis expertise and proven success implementing complex Salesforce projects across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

  • Execute intake and prioritization frameworks for L2O initiatives
  • Facilitate organizational alignment and decision-making processes
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for complex business analysis challenges

Strategic project Impact

  • Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Drive L2O portfolio prioritization and strategic roadmap alignment
  • Lead enterprise-wide process optimization with measurable business outcomes

Dynamic Environment Navigation

  • Rapidly pivot between strategic initiatives while maintaining quality and stakeholder alignment
  • Navigate ambiguous requirements by synthesizing incomplete information into actionable insights
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse functional areas with competing priorities
  • Adapt communication and approach based on real-time organizational changes and emerging business needs

Required Skills / Experience:

  • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience with proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
  • Proven ability to own and drive strategic projects end-to-end with measurable business impact
  • Experience with Agentforce or similar agentic platforms
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives
  • Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution excellence - ability to "zoom" between big picture strategy and granular implementation details
  • Proven track record of driving organizational change and transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environment with incomplete information
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple high-priority initiative simultaneously with frequent context switching
  • Proven track record of success in high-ambiguity, rapidly changing environments
  • Demonstrated ability to context-switch efficiently between strategic and tactical work
  • Experience managing competing priorities with grace under pressure
  • Expert-level Salesforce platform knowledge with deep understanding of enterprise architecture and business process optimization
  • Portfolio and program management experience in technology organizations
  • Proven success in facilitating organizational alignment and decision-making processes
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to adjust messaging strategically for different audiences and contexts
  • Salesforce certifications in Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant

  • Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator)
