We are looking for a Solution Engineer specific to the Salesforce National Security business segment. The role will be responsible for allocating resources, performing employee reviews and evaluations, participating in strategic opportunities, driving relationships with Sales Leadership, and backing up team members as needed to grow regional business.

Department Description:
Computable Insights LLC, referred to as “Salesforce National Security”(SNS), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Salesforce. SNS is Salesforce’s contracting entity dedicated to the US Intelligence Community and US National Security market, and in this capacity is a major component of Salesforce’s Global Public Sector. Salesforce Global Public Sector has dedicated teams supporting Federal Civilian Agencies, State & Local Agencies, the Department of Defense, and Government Contractors in addition to SNS.

Your Impact:

  • Present CRM solutions to a business or technical audience.

  • Support the Solution Engineering and Sales teams by providing guidance on sales strategies, approaches to solve specific problems, as well as represent their team's needs to the executive staff.

  • Work closely with operations, product managers and other key team members to represent and deliver the unique security and compliance requirements of our US Intelligence Community customers.

  • Communicate and strategize with Sales Leadership on how best to address the region to drive customer success and closed deals.

  • Allocate resources across your region to maximize impact.

  • Act as a sounding board for their team, being someone who SEs feel comfortable bringing challenges to and working through a solution.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Prior Solutions Management in a related field

  • Proficient with CRM technologies (or other Enterprise business applications) and be able to present to a business or technical audience

  • Analytical and Strategic in approach to solving complex business problems.

  • Current TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

Preferred Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Related Field

  • 5+ years experience in Management with a track record of success in driving strategic teams
