We're looking for a highly accomplished sales professional to join us as a Named Account Executive for a selected number of existing key Retail and Consumer Goods customers in Germany. Your Impact:
A successful Names Account Manager leverages their consultative selling expertise to drive engagements at C-level, while building and managing customer-centric teams. You'll skilfully balance short-term delivery and results with long-term strategic partnerships. As a compelling communicator, you'll act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding your client's unique business challenges and goals and communicate across levels. You'll advise customers on the Salesforce Platform, evangelizing AI-powered solutions that empower them to achieve their business objectives and innovate within their organizations.
Your Responsibilities:
Responsibility for a few selected key accounts within the Retail & Consumer Goods sector, headquartered in Germany.
Coordinating teams within a matrix organization to ensure one Salesforce vision, seamless customer experience and account growth.
Engaging with C-Level decision-makers to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, specific visionary POV, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
Driving significant coordination among internal groups such as Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Strategy Partners, Executives, and Partners to execute a cohesive account strategy.
Working with Partners to ensure the successful delivery of contracted business solutions and technical implementations.
Owning additional key initiatives for Salesforce Retail & Consumer Goods.
Providing mentorship and guidance to other team members.
Your Qualifications:
Consistent track record of selling complex enterprise software or technology solutions to C-level executives within Enterprise-size accounts.
Ability to convey leadership, direction, and confidence in every interaction via adopted communication style depending on audience (such as top down for C-level).
Demonstrated experience in defining and executing account strategies for large accounts including long-term vision balanced with annual quota planning.
Experience thriving in high-paced, high-pressure settings, coupled with the ability to execute and perform effectively under uncertainty.
Proven ability to design and run strategic workshops, draft compelling strategic Points of View (POVs), and orchestrate their delivery within a complex account setup.
A natural excitement for and strong point of view on industry trends, with a proven ability to build a compelling narrative around digital transformation within the dynamic Retail and Consumer Goods sector.
Ability to deliver accurate Sales forecasts and consistently achieves revenue goals.
Fluency in both German and English.
