About the Role
As a MuleSoft Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation for Taiwan’s top enterprises. Working in close collaboration with Salesforce Core Account Executives, you will be responsible for both new business development (hunting) and deepening relationships within existing accounts (farming).

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Salesforce Core AEs to identify opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem and drive joint success.
Full Cycle Sales: Own the entire sales process from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing.
Visionary Selling: articulate the business value of API-led connectivity to C-Level executives and IT leaders, moving beyond technical specs to solve critical business challenges.
Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic account plan to hit aggressive growth targets in the Taiwan market.
Industry Impact: Focus on high-impact sectors (specifically Manufacturing and High-Tech) to modernize legacy systems and enable AI/Cloud adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Sales Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in the IT/Tech industry.
Enterprise Hunter: Proven track record in new business development (hunting) targeting Enterprise-level accounts.
Industry Expertise: Specific experience selling IT solutions to the Manufacturing sector (Assembly, Materials, Finished Goods, and High-Tech/Semiconductors).
Strategic Process: Ability to formulate and execute a clear sales process—from lead generation to closing—to consistently achieve sales targets.
Account Planning: Experience creating and executing account plans for existing strategic customers to drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Mindset: A relentless customer-first attitude and a strong sense of ownership/accountability.
Language: Native/Fluent Mandarin and Business proficient English are required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling middleware, API management, Integration (iPaaS), or SaaS solutions.
Understanding of the complex IT landscapes of large Taiwanese enterprises.
Experience using the Salesforce platform for sales management.
