We are looking for a highly capable and collaborative individual to join our team, focused on supporting the Executive Marketing team. The Executive Marketing team is focused on building and deepening Executive (C-suite) relationships within Salesforce's top global Enterprise accounts to expand industry influence, build trust and increase Salesforce’s footprint. We create executive programs, starting with thoughtful, data-based segmentation of the audience, that we take through a journey of memorable moments, thought-provoking conversations, and relevant content across brand and media partnerships and Salesforce go-to-market channels.

This role is will be essential to the coordination and planning of 10+ executive third-party events, ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and measurement of impact. It drives cross-functional coordination with sales and field marketing, manages attendee targeting and briefing preparation, and supports planning with media partners.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Project manage across our 10+ Executive 3rd party events

  • Track and report on program (events and digital campaign) performance using Salesforce campaigns, reports, and dashboards, including manual data entry

  • Coordinate event registration lists with field marketing partners and identify target customers for executive engagement at ancillary events and customer meeting outreach

  • Data management for all team engagements and events (turn a list into a campaign into a report into a dashboard into metrics)

  • Build briefing documents based upon template and add in key attendee details (headshots, titles, sales details, product use cases, etc) pulled from Salesforce CRM or by engaging with sales account executives

  • Coordinate with sales to gather details on key event attendees

  • Support events lead in crafting event planning and execution with media partners

  • Track, measure and report against objectives.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience managing data and analytics for marketing, event campaign is required

  • Proficiency in Salesforce required (including campaigns, reporting, dashboards)

  • Intermediate level in Google Drive management (Spreadsheets, Slides)

  • Analytical and highly organized problem solver with a keen attention to detail

  • Strong project management and time management skills

  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to develop and execute tactical plans; effectively manage multiple high-visibility projects

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative, works well cross functionally

  • Team player with executive presence and exceptional integrity
