This role will be responsible for managing and expanding Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) accounts in Korea. The successful candidate will support customers operating across both B2B and B2C business models, and position Salesforce as a unified platform for customer engagement, data-driven execution, and AI-enabled productivity.
Responsibilities
Drive new business and account expansion within assigned CPG accounts, aligned with both B2B operational needs and B2C growth strategies
Engage stakeholders across sales, marketing, digital, IT, and executive leadership
Position Salesforce solutions to support:
B2B sales effectiveness, channel and field execution
B2C consumer engagement, marketing, and loyalty
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through account-based selling, marketing programs, and partner collaboration
Manage the end-to-end sales process in collaboration with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and partners
Deliver accurate forecasting while balancing short-term results and long-term account growth
Required Skills
6–10 years of IT or SaaS sales experience
Experience with CPG / FMCG accounts and understanding of both B2B and B2C business models
Ability to engage executive stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles
Understanding of consumer engagement and data-driven business models
Experience with platform-based solutions and partner collaboration preferred
