A scalable, intelligent, and extensible system that powers enterprise revenue operations across multiple industries. You will lead a global team of engineers and architects, fostering innovation in areas such as AI-driven configuration and pricing, constraint modeling, monetization orchestration, and industry extensibility.

The ideal candidate is a strategic engineering leader who combines technical excellence with deep product and domain understanding. Someone who can translate business outcomes into scalable engineering systems and inspire teams to deliver measurable customer success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Cloud and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Design, Industry, Commerce, Data Cloud, and AI teams to deliver cohesive, customer-centered solutions.

  • Customer-Centric Leadership: Engage directly with strategic customers to understand pain points, shape product direction, and ensure value realization through platform adoption.

  • Technical Depth with Strategic Range: Guide architectural decisions, system design, and scalability strategies — while also representing the organization at the executive level and influencing product vision.

  • Mentorship and Culture: Inspire and develop next-generation leaders; model servant leadership and create a culture that emphasizes quality, trust, inclusion, and innovation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Overall 20+ years experience and 10+ years of experience as a hands-on software development manager

  • 6+ years engineering leadership of delivering world class software products/features

  • 3+ years in cross-functional 2nd or 3rd level management roles.

  • Experience in building strong, successful technical teams and coaching and mentoring individuals along their career paths.

  • Ability to represent operational issues to senior leadership and dive deep into the technical details when required.

  • Ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment; communicate clearly to steer the strongly talented team to deliver a high quality service.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or Engineering.

  • AI and ML Engineering experience a plus
