About the Role:

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive (AE) Specialist for Revenue Cloud with exceptional energy, leadership, and initiative to drive growth of one of our fastest-growing solutions in the Iberian market.

As a Revenue Cloud Specialist AE, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the Revenue Cloud sales strategy, driving revenue growth across a territory with accounts in Enterprise and Commercial segments, both existing and potential customers in Spain and Portugal.

You'll work in close collaboration with Core Account Executives and the extended sales team to create transformational opportunities for our customers.

  • Manage complex contracts and subscriptions

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Generation & Closing:

  • Lead the complete sales cycle for Revenue Cloud, from prospecting to close, across EBU and CBU accounts

  • Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly ACV (Annual Contract Value) quotas

  • Manage deals commercially as owner or co-prime with Core AEs

Strategic Consulting:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding each customer's unique business challenges

  • Identify opportunities related to revenue management, Quote-to-Cash operations, complex billing, and contract automation

  • Position Revenue Cloud consultatively by aligning the solution with strategic business objectives

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work in close partnership with Core Account Executives, Solution Engineers (SEs), Marketing, Inside Sales, Partner Sales, and Customer Success

  • Coordinate with product teams and technical specialists (Revenue Cloud Technical Architects)

  • Participate in complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders (C-level, Finance, IT, Operations)

Evangelization & Enablement:

  • Plan and execute demand generation events (webinars, private seminars, executive dinners)

  • Create and deliver enablement sessions for Account Executive teams

  • Develop customer success stories and storytelling content

  • Present at private and public events on Revenue Cloud

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Develop penetration strategy by vertical and industry within the territory asigned

  • Create specific account plans for high-value opportunities

  • Collaborate with Partners for joint solutions

Requirements:

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience with SaaS or Cloud solutions

  • Proven experience in Enterprise and Commercial sales (EBU + CBU)

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

Product Knowledge:

  • Experience selling CPQ, Billing, Revenue Management solutions or similar platforms (Oracle NetSuite, Zuora, Conga, SAP Billing, etc.)

  • Understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and their business impact

  • Ability to understand and articulate complex value propositions vs. technical functionality

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (C-level presentations)

  • Solution selling mindset - focused on ROI and business value, not features

  • Ability to work with ambiguity and flexibility in dynamic environments

  • Strategic backwards thinking: prioritize actions based on end goals

  • Humble, curious, and growth mindset - constantly learning

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience using or selling Salesforce (Salesforce certifications are a plus)

  • Knowledge of key industries in Iberia: Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer Goods, Technology, Professional Services

  • Experience selling to C-suite (CFO, CRO, COO)

  • Previous experience as an IT solution evangelist (speaking at conferences, webinars, etc.)

  • Knowledge of Data & AI and how they integrate with Revenue Cloud

  • Experience working with Partners/SIs (System Integrators)

  • Knowledge of the Portuguese market (significant plus)
