We are seeking a motivated and dynamic paralegal to join our Global Governance legal team based in London. This position, Paralegal, Global Governance, will report to the Senior Director, Global Governance.

Responsibilities:

 Support Senior Director and team with international subsidiary corporate governance and compliance

matters.

 Maintain and organize records and database for international subsidiaries

 Assist with subsidiary acquisitions and integrations

 Coordinate filings with governmental agencies

 Coordinate with external legal counsel worldwide to ensure local compliance on governance matters

 Coordinate with internal clients (accounting, tax, treasury, business) to support compliance obligations and

business needs.

Required Experience:

 Bachelors’ degree and excellent academic credentials

 3 or more years’ experience as a corporate paralegal or similar role, ideally with experience at a major law

firm and/or in-house at a public company

 Experience in subsidiary corporate governance matters

 Keen attention to detail and a very high standard for accuracy

 A sound work ethic, efficient working style, and high level of organization. Must be able to manage multiple

projects simultaneously under deadline pressure

 Flexibility and intellectual curiosity; strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

 Superior judgment, discretion, and ability to properly handle confidential and sensitive information

 Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation; ability to work cross-functionally at all levels of the

organization

 Sense of humor and high level of professionalism
