POSITION TITLE: Summer-Fall 2026 Co-op intern - Business Analyst, Global Business Growth and Automation
LOCATION: Indianapolis office
CO-OP INTERNSHIP DATES: July - December 2026
To be eligible for this full-time role (40 hours/week), students must be enrolled in a university-sanctioned co-op program that recognizes the internship as an integral part of their curriculum, requiring no concurrent academic enrollment during the term.

TEAM DESCRIPTION:
Salesforce's Quote to Cash (QTC) Innovation team is seeking a motivated College Co-Op Intern to join us for a 6-month immersive experience. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that improve and scale our internal Quote-to-Cash operations. As part of the Global Business Strategy and Operations organization, you will play a key role in analyzing and documenting processes, gathering requirements, and supporting project execution. You will be paired with seasoned Business Analysts and mentored by leaders within the enterprise strategy space.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Functional Leads and Analysts to understand the QTC processes and contribute to the delivery of incremental improvements.
- Assist in the business requirements gathering exercise and documentation process, working with the Business Analysts and business subject matter experts to help translate business needs into clear deliverables.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items to ensure project momentum.
- Support the development of solutions by working with Technical Architects and Product Managers to understand how business needs are translated into system solutions.
- Assist with project management activities, including tracking requirements, communicating dependencies, and providing status updates.
- Develop a foundational understanding of Salesforce internal QTC systems and processes.
- Contribute to the documentation and maintenance of business rules and process flows.
- Support the creation of training materials for change management initiatives.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting and research activities to provide data-driven insights for the strategy team.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Junior/Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, graduating in Spring of 2027
- Strong communication skills: verbally, written and in presentation format
- Strong collaboration and teaming capabilities
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision whilst producing tangible results
- Relevant course work
- Experience with documentation, presentation, and execution of deliverables.
- Experience working effectively in a team setting (e.g., group projects, extracurricular leadership, or prior internships).
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, excellent communication (written/verbal).
- Ability to work and adapt effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- A curious mindset and willingness to learn from subject matter experts.
