  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with Benefits/LOA, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Legal/Compliance stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Conduct planned and ad-hoc analyses to support company initiatives; partner on end-to-end SOPs and process maps with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize global operations.

2. Employee Support and Case Management

  • Provide expert guidance to employees and managers on HR policies—prioritizing Employee Relations matters—while championing Salesforce's vision, values, and culture through consistent policy interpretation and proactive recommendations.

  • Lead frontline resolution of workplace concerns and Employee Relations cases, recommending solutions, conducting initial investigations, and escalating complex matters to ER Managers with detailed documentation.

  • Support regional HR programs and business partners with policy guidance across inquiries (including LOA, Benefits, and Time & Attendance), maintaining accurate records, metrics, and seamless COE collaboration (Employee Relations, Benefits, Payroll).

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve internal team procedures, conducting regular audits to ensure full compliance with Salesforce policies, procedures, and current legislation.

  • Drive continuous improvement by creating team procedures, identifying efficiencies, and exercising strategic judgment within broad policies to enhance employee experience and regional compliance.
