About the Role
Salesforce is seeking a Principal Recruitment Partner, to support our Futureforce (Early in Careers) team. In this strategic, consultative role, you will serve as the primary recruitment advisor to business leaders, aligning hiring plans with broader organizational goals and ensuring we attract and retain top emerging talent across internships, new graduate roles, and pipeline programs. You’ll go beyond filling roles - you’ll influence workforce strategy, provide market and talent intelligence, and champion inclusive and data-driven hiring practices that scale with Salesforce’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding their strategic objectives and translating them into impactful early career hiring strategies.
Proactively engage with stakeholders to drive demand planning, hiring forecasts, and pipeline readiness across multiple markets.
Provide guidance on role prioritization, headcount allocation, and talent mapping to meet short- and long-term hiring needs.
A Talent Advisor must know the business, company & customer and are fluent in the Salesforce pitch and value proposition. We partner with other departments (Finance, HR, Strategy, Legal, etc) to drive the recruiting process through accurate forecasting all the way through to new hire on-boarding.
Market & Talent Insights
Deliver competitive intelligence and market trends on early career talent, including graduation pipelines, skill availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Influence decisions using Workday and Salesforce data, focusing on key metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.
Advise on changes to job profiles and candidate criteria (e.g., years of experience, educational background) based on market feasibility.
Candidate Experience & Brand
Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that aligns with Salesforce values and enhances our employer brand on and off campus.
Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Salesforce’s culture, values, and opportunities at industry events, conferences, and with university partners.
Process & Operational Excellence
Partner with recruiting operations, Talent Attraction and Delivery, and coordinators to ensure seamless, efficient recruitment cycles.
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes using automation, technology, and feedback loops.
Utilize systems such as Workday, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Recruiter to track, analyze, and improve performance.
Required Skills & Experience
You have full-cycle experience in recruiting and a proven capacity to bring innovation and operational excellence to an organisation. You help a business achieve growth through hiring numbers, can juggle direct hiring alongside separate projects, and can provide guidance through external and internal data.
Extensive experience in the field of university recruiting
Demonstrated experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates, utilising a variety of tools across the EMEA region
You bring high levels of business acumen. This could be through having previously implemented governance/process models around recruiting or advising stakeholders within a recruiting organisation
You have acted as a trusted advisor and can bring market knowledge and expertise
You have excellent stakeholder management skills to consult, educate and drive forward successful recruitment campaigns with hiring managers. You deliver an excellent candidate experience through engagement, relationship building, coaching and providing constructive feedback.
