About the Role: A Career-Defining Opportunity

As Vice President, Employee Success Business Partners (ESBP) for Human Resources, you will be at the heart of Salesforce's People and AI transformation. Working hand-in-hand with executive leaders driving our people and workforce strategy, you will craft and execute a strategic people agenda that fuels innovation, scales high-impact teams, and shapes the workforce of the future.

You will lead a talented team of global ESBPs supporting our strategic Employee Success (HR) organization, serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives while aligning talent initiatives with business objectives. From organizational design and leadership development to talent strategy and culture transformation, you will be a key architect in enabling our teams to thrive in an era of rapid change.

What You'll Do: The Impact You'll Make

  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leaders, influencing the people and business priorities shaping Salesforce's workforce of the future.
  • Build the Workforce of the Future: Lead proactive workforce planning, location strategy, talent strategies, and succession planning to ensure a world-class leadership pipeline in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
  • Drive Organizational Innovation: Design and execute cutting-edge talent programs that drive performance, engagement, and career acceleration for our Employee Success (HR) organization.
  • Lead with Data: Leverage real-time analytics, trends, and insights to make data-driven decisions that improve organizational effectiveness and enhance the employee experience.
  • Champion Change & Growth: Act as a catalyst for transformation, enabling leaders and teams to navigate rapid growth, market shifts, and business transformation with confidence.
  • Shape a Culture of Excellence: Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and belonging—where diverse talent can thrive and drive the next wave of technological breakthroughs.
  • Deliver Seamless Program Excellence: Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and global ES teams to deliver scalable people programs, policies, and processes across the organization.
  • Lead with Purpose: Drive performance, development, growth, and support of the global ESBP team, providing best-in-class people leadership.

Required Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive Employee Success (HR) leadership experience, ideally supporting HR and/or Corporate functions organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead global people initiatives across complex, matrixed, and high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling organizations during periods of rapid growth and transformation.
  • Strong track record of cultivating effective relationships with diverse client groups and senior executives at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging HRIS and HR technology systems to drive efficiency, insights, and scale.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
