Job Title: Cloud Account Executive - Slack (North India Accounts)
Location: North India (Delhi NCR preferred)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Sales Specialist to drive Slack revenue growth and adoption across strategic accounts in North India. This is a quota-carrying sales role requiring a proven track record in cloud-based product sales and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and exceed assigned sales quota for Slack across designated North India accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive Slack adoption and expansion
- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships within assigned accounts
- Conduct product demonstrations and articulate Slack's value proposition to stakeholders
- Navigate complex procurement processes and negotiate enterprise agreements
- Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline health in Salesforce
- Identify use cases and drive transformation stories that demonstrate ROI
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B software sales
- Proven experience selling cloud-based products/SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling collaboration, productivity, or communication tools (preferred)
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal structures
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Existing relationships with enterprise accounts in North India (advantageous)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
