Who we are:

The Sales Programs team partners with our Sales Leaders to identify potential pipeline and/or revenue gaps, build new initiatives and programs to drive results that we measure on an ongoing basis. Our team deploys a mix of strategy, operations and analytics to help our Sales teams drive productivity and close deals.

We sit at the intersection of the most pressing issues for the business and serve as Business Partners to our Sales Leaders. We also regularly work and align with Marketing, Business Development, Enablement, Strategy, Product Specialist etc which allows a comprehensive understanding of the business we address.

The pace and environment is very much start-up like, still with the level of support big corporations can provide. Our team includes a diverse mix of strategy, marketing, sales and consulting backgrounds. We strongly believe that diversity in background and thought is crucial to the success of our team.

We are looking for someone who is data-driven, naturally curious, and eager to work on innovative solutions to challenging business problems.

What you will do:

You will help drive the continued success of our Sales Program Managers by supporting our growth strategy. You will help us to create reports and dashboards to contribute to decision making, you will support in the communication of results of programs in Latin America, you will help Sales Program Managers to update the results of their sales campaigns and you will have an approach to the global team so that together let's evaluate good practices for the region

Qualifications:

  • You are graduating either on July 2027 or December 2027.

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and will enjoy working collaboratively with other teams

  • You show strong listening and communication skills

  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

  • Entrepreneurial drive, resilience and a “getting things done” attitude to overcome challenges and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment

  • An open personality with a clear desire to learn and develop

  • Advanced English proficiency is required, Spanish is a plus

  • You are passionate about Salesforce’s mission
