Description
Why this role exists:
Salesforce is moving fast toward an agentic, skills-first enterprise. AI is no longer an add-on — it’s the way work gets done. Managers and leaders are the critical unlock, and leadership development is one of the strongest levers we have to shape how AI is trusted, adopted, and used responsibly at scale.
This role exists to ensure agentic experiences are embedded across our leadership ecosystem — not as a standalone program, but as a core capability built through our milestone experiences, manager enablement, and in-flow learning and coaching.
Role Overview:
The Senior Manager, Agentic Learning is responsible for delivering and integrating agentic learning across Salesforce’s leadership development ecosystem.
Working horizontally across leadership programs, manager enablement, and coaching experiences, this role owns execution: translating strategy into build plans, shipping learning solutions, and ensuring agentic capabilities show up in how managers coach, develop talent, and run the business.
You’ll partner closely with Talent, Data, Product, and Business teams to design, pilot, and scale AI-enabled learning experiences — with success measured by adoption, behaviour change, and business impact.
This role focuses on building and delivery, not vision-setting.
What you will do:
1. Deliver the Agentic Leadership Learning Programs
Deliver the enterprise strategy for agentic, hyper-personalized leadership learning that adapts to individual needs, roles, and functions at Salesforce — using AI to move beyond one-size-fits-all experiences and enable learning at enterprise scale.
Build solutions that create AI becomes our always-on, just-in-time, hyper-personalized and contextualized tutor, mentor or coach.
Deliver on the clear learning philosophy for agentic leadership at Salesforce — how leaders build judgment, agency, and confidence working with AI
Translate enterprise priorities, V2MOMs, and top enterprise skills into learnable, observable leadership behaviors
2. Build AI-Enabled Coaching to Drive Performance
Deliver AI "just-in-time" or real-time coaching directly in the flow of work, moving beyond the traditional talent processes. This coaching should be supported by actionable data and specific examples.
Design AI-supported coaching experiences that help managers apply enterprise skills in day-to-day leadership
Enable managers to coach more consistently and equitably, while keeping empathy, judgment, and accountability human
Ensure AI-enabled coaching is practical, trusted, and aligned to Salesforce’s ethical AI principles
3. Execute, Measure, Improve
-
Define success metrics focused on outcomes, including:
Manager capability lift
Adoption of AI-enabled learning and coaching
Quality and frequency of coaching conversations
Retention and internal mobility of critical talent
Correlation between learning behaviours and business impact
Partner with Data & Analytics to track results and refine delivery.
Use insights to continuously improve experiences quarter over quarter
4. Prototype, Evaluate, and Scale High-Impact Learning
Pilot learning and coaching approaches aligned to enterprise skills and business priorities
Scale solutions that demonstrate measurable impact; stop or redesign those that do not
What Success Looks Like:
Developing agentic leadership requires practical application and guidance, rather than just passive exposure to what AI is.
Leaders build confidence using AI to support decision-making, coaching, and people leadership
AI-enabled coaching is trusted, adopted, and embedded across leadership programs
Clear learning standards for agentic leadership across Salesforce
What We’re Looking For:
Core Experience
Experience delivering leadership development, manager enablement, or enterprise learning at scale.
Background building or implementing coaching programs (human, digital, or blended).
-
Proven ability to turn strategy into execution across complex, matrixed organisations.
Track record of driving adoption and measurable outcomes.
Capability Profile:
Delivery-focused with a product mindset (build, test, iterate, scale).
Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving without perfect clarity.
Curious and credible in AI-enabled learning with a practical, human-centred approach.
Data-informed and outcomes-driven.
Strong cross-functional collaborator who can influence without authority.
Nice to have (not required):
Experience with skills-based talent models or workforce transformation
Exposure to HR tech or AI-enabled learning tools
Tech or high-growth environment background
