Marketing Co-op Opportunities (Fall 2026)
Our Salesforce Marketing team is hiring two co-op interns for the upcoming fall cycle (July 6, 2026 – December 18, 2026). We invite interested candidates to submit a single application; our team will review your skills and qualifications to determine the best alignment between the two roles during the interview process.
Eligibility: Current Sophomores or Rising Juniors graduating between December 2027 and August 2028.
Enablement Operations Co-op
Focus: Internal strategy, event production, and AI-driven training.
What You’ll Do:
Event Production & Logistics: Lead the end-to-end production of internal training sessions, workshops, and all-hands meetings. This includes drafting presentations, coaching speakers, managing event promotion, and hosting.
Content Lifecycle: Create and optimize enablement materials (playbooks, SOPs, and templates) to help marketers navigate the shift to AI.
Operational Excellence: Partner with stakeholders to identify communication bottlenecks and optimize the marketing onboarding journey.
Measurable Impact: Define and own KPIs—including training completion rates (target 85%+), engagement metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction—delivering monthly reports and a final Capstone Project to leadership.
Role-Specific Requirements:
Project Leadership: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced, global environments.
AI Proficiency: Advanced experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) for content creation and process automation.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to facilitate meetings and present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
Marketing Analytics Co-op
Focus: Data modeling, SQL analysis, and business intelligence.
What You’ll Do:
Data Insights & Ad-Hoc Support: Interpret complex datasets to identify patterns and provide recommendations for executive decision-making. Proactively support ad-hoc requests regarding the health of the business.
Measurement Strategy: Contribute to the development of Marketing’s measurement roadmap, identifying key leading and diagnostic metrics for profitable growth.
Self-Serve Tooling: Build and maintain intuitive Tableau dashboards and reporting frameworks so marketers can efficiently find the data they need to optimize campaigns.
Automation & Documentation: Develop AI agents and automated workflows to streamline data collection, while documenting data sources and models for long-term team efficiency.
Role-Specific Requirements:
Technical SQL: Proficient in writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
Visualization: Proficiency in Tableau Desktop (including complex calculations, parameters, and LOD expressions).
Analytical Mindset: Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with a passion for data storytelling and working with large datasets.
Shared Qualifications (Both Roles)
Education & Core Skills:
Enrollment in a BS/BA degree program in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Finance, or Business Analytics.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Strategic Thinking: Creative problem solvers who can navigate ambiguous situations and balance multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in B2B technology or SaaS companies.
Familiarity with Marketing Enablement Platforms (LMS) or Data Build Tools (dbt/Python).
