Description
Due to our continued growth in the German Enterprise segment, we are seeking to hire multiple Account Solution Engineers.
This role is for people who enjoy turning ideas into working solutions and learning by building. As an Account Solution Engineer in the Enterprise segment, you partner with Account Executives to help new and existing German enterprise customers solve real business challenges using AI + Data + CRM. The environment is strategic and complex — customer needs span multiple business units and you work across the full portfolio, which means high-impact engagements, executive-level access, and the opportunity to shape transformation at scale. You don't just help customers adopt technology — you help them build confidence in the path forward and play a role in evolving how Solution Engineering is practiced in the age of AI.
What you'll do
Lead discovery sessions to understand root causes and pain points across complex organizational landscapes and map them to Salesforce capabilities
Design and deliver solution concepts and demos linked to clear business outcomes, using storytelling, empathy and immersive demo techniques
Orchestrate the solution cycle with AEs and specialists across the portfolio, coordinating multi-cloud solutions with extended teams
Support pipeline generation through workshops, briefings, industry events and executive engagements
Liaise with your sales counterpart on eye level to develop account strategy and drive new and existing business
Clearly articulate Salesforce value to all levels — from IT staff to C-level executives
Leverage your technical skills to build innovative "art of the possible" demos and establish trusted relationships with technical stakeholders
Use your business knowledge to identify industry-specific challenges and trends, developing tailored Salesforce value propositions for either Manufacturing, Automotive, Logistics, Travel, Transport, or Hospitality
Represent Salesforce at marketing and partner events through industry demos and use case discussions
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in a role where technology and process meet (e.g. enterprise consulting, presales, solution architecture, digital transformation)
Business-fluent German and professional English for customer-facing work
Ability to explain complex topics simply and present clearly to both technical and executive audiences
Understanding of how enterprise systems connect (APIs, data flows, integration patterns, system landscapes)
Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex stakeholder environments
Strong interest in growing your career and participating in training programs and mentorship initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Industry expertise in either Manufacturing, Automotive, Logistics, Travel, Transport, or Hospitality
Curiosity for how solutions work behind the scenes (APIs, data flows, integrations)
Interest in prototyping through low-code, vibe coding, agents
Ability to design enterprise-grade architectures and reason about scalability, security, and compliance
Familiarity with the German enterprise landscape and industry-specific challenges
Experience with enterprise platforms, data strategies, or large-scale implementations
Why this team
You join a team that builds, not just presents. We explore, test, and learn together — and we share openly so everyone grows faster. We work across the full Salesforce portfolio, which means you develop breadth early and can decide later where to go deep. Curiosity and initiative are not add-ons here — they are how we operate.
Why this work matters
Enterprise customers are often making transformational decisions about how they compete, scale, and serve their markets. Our role is to help them make those decisions with confidence — not by showcasing features, but by translating complex problems into clarity, designing what "good" could look like at scale, and co-creating solutions they can believe in. In industries like Manufacturing, Automotive, Logistics, Travel, Transport, and Hospitality, these decisions shape entire value chains and customer experiences.
