Description
The CSG ProServ Subcontracting team at Salesforce is looking for a skilled Operations Analyst to support our invoice reconciliation/approval process, work orders, system audits and support our Subco processes and tools. The candidate will work closely with CSG ProServ Subcontracting Team, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Finance, Shared Services teams and Partners to streamline the invoice reconciliation process and manage all back office systems and processes to support the teams. This candidate should also be comfortable supporting out-of-the-box and custom tools, generating Salesforce reports and dashboards, and have an advanced knowledge of Google Suite of products as well as Microsoft.
Key Accountabilities (Impact)
* Work closely with the Global Subcontracting Operations Team, Accounts Payable, Procurement and Partners to provide guidance and support on invoice reconciliation, work order
* Support with subcontractor timecard tracking, PO/Work Order generation, assignment maintenance etc.
* Support Ad-hoc activities and global initiatives
* Analyze Salesforce data and generate reports in Salesforce and google sheets
* Understand the underlying data architecture supporting CSG and how to use it to report on business performance
* Understand and analyze error and trace them back to the root cause
* Understand the evolving needs of the business to anticipate and deliver new reports to drive additional business value
* Become a subject matter expert on the Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool, providing insights and guidance to improve team performance
* Develop, create, and disseminate operations reports and dashboards using tools such as Salesforce, Coupa, Excel, Sheets, and Quip to enhance management visibility and support informed decision-making
* Coordinate the submission of work orders, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders, utilizing platforms such as Salesforce, DocuSign, Coupa, MS Word
* Troubleshoot daily operational issues, ensuring smooth subcontracting processes and maintaining high data cleanliness through regular audits
Basic Requirements
* 3+ years of management consulting and/or business operations experience, with a focus on services tools, process automation and/or continuous process improvement
* Experience of working in a fast-paced operational role, with the ability to manage ambiguity, changing priorities and remain focused on delivering excellent results
* Strong analytical skills and ability to learn/develop new reporting tools.
* Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and data management
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Team player able to lead and work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
* Strong situational analysis, negotiation and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines, perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team
* Detail and quality-oriented with the desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies
* Collaborative; extremely customer-service and team-oriented, especially in a fast-paced and rapidly developing business environment; ability to stay focused
* Bachelor's Degree and/or business operations experience with focus on subcontracting
