The Senior Analyst is a key pillar within our Carving Operations team—a specialized group of strategists and data analysts. We serve as the backbone for our Sales and Sales Strategy teams, driving fiscal business planning and go-to-market implementation. By partnering with Business Technology, we focus on driving innovation through clean data and technical precision.

As a member of the Territory and Carving Operations team, you will own projects dedicated to elevating our internal business processes. You will provide critical tactical support during our annual planning cycle, ensuring our internal Salesforce tools and data validation models are optimized for success. Primary Responsibilities
- Territory Planning & Execution: Manage the maintenance and carving of territories. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the annual planning cycle to ensure the sales organization is structured for success.
- Operational Data Validation: Build and manage Operational Dashboards specifically designed for KPI validation. You will ensure our data is clean, accurate, and reflects the reality of the field.
- Internal Product QA: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for internal Salesforce tools and products. You will identify bugs and ensure all business requirements are met before internal deployment.
- Requirements & Documentation: Work with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for our product and project teams.
- Process Optimization: Constantly audit our Territory Operations scope to identify ways to increase efficiency and elevate data integrity within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Required Skills & Experience
- Professional Background: 3+ years in Sales Operations or Data Analysis.
- Salesforce Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce Territory Planning tools, such as ETM (Enterprise Territory Management) or SPM (Sales Performance Management) .
- Technical Data Skills: Strong SQL skills for data analysis and a history of producing high-level KPI reports and operational insights.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. While the role allows for independent work, the ability to clearly articulate technical needs and data trends to stakeholders is vital.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data Visualization: Experience with Tableau or similar tools.
- Industry Experience: Background in high-tech or financial sectors, particularly in fast-paced strategic planning environments.
- Salesforce Admin: Salesforce Administrator certification.
