Description
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Relations Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in employee relations, workplace policy, and HR operations within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Employee Relations team with case management and documentation
Support investigations related to employee concerns, policy violations, and workplace conflicts
Help maintain accurate records and tracking systems for employee relations cases
Conduct research on employment laws, regulations, and best practices
Participate in the development and review of HR policies and procedures
Assist with employee communications and resource materials
Support the coordination of employee relations training programs
Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify patterns and insights
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
Help respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or related field
English intermediate/advanced
Strong interest in employee relations and HR
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
