We are looking for exceptional candidates to join the Solutions team with a focus on Marketing, Engagement, Personalisation, and above all Data and AI. You will be part of the EMEA Solutions team with a focus on the UKI, and the extended Sales team, providing technology and industry expertise to customers to help devise and shape innovate Marketing and Data solutions to address key challenges - from extending their reach to more donors, to driving personalisation and segmentation through harmonised data solutions and AI, in order for them to grow and to do more good. In addition to working on sales and growth opportunities, you will get a chance to lead on exciting initiatives to drive innovation and success for both our customers and the global team. You will be engaging with C-level executives as well as business and IT teams to articulate the value our solutions can bring and to be trusted advisor, technical expert and memorable storyteller.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client discovery and workshop sessions to design a solution blueprint that delivers customer success, solving identified business challenges, helping to achieve their important metrics, and mapping that to a solution portfolio.
  • Proactively research and develop Points of View for customer and sector challenges
  • Earn the 'technical win' by providing compelling and relevant customer presentations, including demonstrations built on the Salesforce platform for Marketing and Data 360. Develop and demonstrate Agentforce led solutions.
  • Articulate the value of the proposed solution through inspiring storytelling and persona-driven demonstrations
  • Work in close partnership with the sales teams, partners, product and industry specialists to plan and deliver on sales campaigns and marketing events
  • Partner with Salesforce product management teams to deeply understand Salesforce solutions and roadmap, advise sales plays and advocate for key features needed for success across the industry, keeping up to date on the latest developments and enablement.
  • Innovate with AI-driven tools to lead on developing new ways of working and developing re-usable accelerators for the team
  • Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and primary contacts at your key accounts. Work in partnership with the Core Solution Engineer and Specialised teams, bringing your Marketing and Data focused mindset to deliver a full platform solution story.

Success will be measured by the overall performance of the Sales team in growing annual revenues, driving customer success and value. providing solution expertise and leadership and driving community engagement.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience working within a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales or Implementation role
  • B2B or B2C Marketing experience, especially with Salesforce Marketing and Engagement solutions.
  • Customer Data Platforms and AI expertise, especially with Salesforce.
  • Be an autonomous self-starter that is able to learn, lead and prioritise tasks and time effectively.
  • Be comfortable working across multiple highly dynamic teams or on solo projects as required
  • Persuasive verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills that inspire change in large organisations
  • Passionate about storytelling to bring customer engagements to life using impactful presentation and solution demonstration content.

Additional (but not a must) Requirements

  • Technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform
  • Technical expertise in any of the following technologies: Marketing Automation tools, CRM systems, Customer Data Platforms
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement, Engagement or Next/Advanced) experience a plus
  • Experience in modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, RedShift)
  • AI: Data Engineering, machine learning, Vector Databases & RAG, Agentic AI and Agents
  • Experience in post-sales implementations
  • Experience in a high performing, fast-paced sales environment
  • English language is a must, Additional languages would be useful.
