Regional Sales Director - CORE

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced sales leader to drive CBU CORE growth across the region. You'll lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic relationships with C-level executives, and leverage AI-driven solutions to help customers transform their marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of external sales professionals to exceed revenue targets across Growth and Emerging region
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships with CORE solutions
  • Build strategic partnerships with CFO, COO, CMOs and marketing leaders, understanding their data and customer engagement challenges
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that leverage AI capabilities within Core
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven marketing solutions
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their careers

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • Proven track record managing and scaling external sales teams
  • Deep knowledge of Growth markets with established relationships
  • Strong business acumen with ability to articulate ROI and strategic value
  • Experience selling data and analytics platforms (e.g., SAS, Adobe, Acoustic, or similar)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English

Preferred:

  • Background in marketing technology, customer data platforms, or marketing automation
  • Experience with AI-driven sales strategies and solutions
  • Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Track record of developing high-performing sales teams
