3 Month Contractor Role
The Next Generation Platform Creative team at Salesforce has an opening for a Contract Sr. Designer—a talented, thought-provoking person who must have the ability to help internal stakeholders define and solve complex marketing problems through concept, design, and execution.
Who You Are
You have excellent design craft, a wealth of digital & print experience, and impressive conceptual abilities. You’re fearless in trying new directions or techniques in order to create something new. You have your finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices, and you’re frequently sought out by other designers for input on their work. You’re both a sprinter and a long-distance runner.
What You'll Do
During your contract, you'll concept everything from big campaign ideas and event experiences to cohesive design themes for email campaigns and apparel. You will design:
Creative campaigns, e-books, email materials, and social campaigns.
Webpages and presentations.
Immersive experiences for our world-class events, including Dreamforce, the biggest software conference in the world.
Anything else our internal clients or the creative team at large needs.
Requirements & Responsibilities
Technical Skills:
Advanced working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Working knowledge of AI workflows, specifically Google Gemini and Nano Banana.
Familiarity/working knowledge of After Effects is a big plus.
Core Competencies:
Promote collaboration between the client and the creative department.
Develop and lead well-thought-out presentations that tell the story of the design solution.
Push the envelope by promoting progressive thinking and innovation, while maintaining connective tissue to the Salesforce brand.
Manage multiple projects for various clients, and work closely with project management to meet all deadlines within the contract period.
Provide a point of view and express it clearly and professionally.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and understand the business and industry of our internal clients and external customers.
Direct external partners by working with vendors and freelancers, in partnership with an Art Director, to provide clear creative direction and timely, helpful feedback to improve creative processes.
