About Role
The Product Strategy Senior Associate/Lead at Missionforce Agentforce Public Sector is responsible for collaborating with the GM and product leadership to develop and execute product and market strategies. This involves leading internal strategy projects that inform executive decision-making related to new and emerging product and market segments.
The role also requires staying up-to-date on key industry developments, trends, and their implications for the business, and providing regular updates to senior leadership. Additionally, the Product Strategy lead defines and implements Value propositions and market POVs for key solution areas, and updates Industry Blueprints to ensure they accurately reflect the end-to-end value chains and key capability areas for each vertical.

Key Responsibilities & Impact
As a product strategy Sr Associate/Lead, your job responsibilities will include:
Analyzing the key market and technology trends in the key market segments and verticals
Collaborate with product leaders to define best-in-class products, while following a release-based cadence
Covering the commentary from leading market & technology analysts around existing and new product segments and the strength of our offerings and performance vis-a-vis market expectations
Creating and embedding a deep business value perspective in our product and GTM collaterals
Preparing executive-grade investment cases for new product investments covering the size of the market opportunity, key success factors cutting across technology and GTM strategy, inorganic opportunities, detailed revenue and cost projections, and ROI estimates.
Support the long-range planning & strategy working with the industry leadership
Required Qualifications:
6-12 years of relevant work experience in business consulting/advisory profile or an internal strategy role with a reputed firm
Strong business research and analytical skills
Good understanding of the business technology and CRM space
Financial analysis and modeling capabilities
Strong Storyboarding / Powerpoint skills
Excellent organizational, written, communication, and presentation skills to present to cross-functional and senior leadership teams
Beginner's mindset
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Adaptability to change in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
Other Key Competencies:
Strong business and technology acumen
Experience working with leadership and matrixed teams
Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
Proficiency in Google Suite applications, including Google Slides, Google Sheets, and documents
Strong ability to translate data and trends into strategies and messaging to drive decisions
Solid understanding of financial statements & terms, their implications, and comparative financial analysis
