Role Overview
We are seeking a high-calibre leader to join the Alliances & Channels – Partner Segment
Management (PSM) team to drive partner-led growth for the CMI segment.
This role carries the responsibility for maximising partner contribution to segment revenue. The ideal
candidate combines strategic rigor, people management skills, executive presence, and a player-
coach mindset to influence both internal S&D stakeholders and senior leaders across global
consulting partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue influence: Own the NNAOV responsibility of the CMI segment
Segment strategy and execution: Define and operationalize the common growth threads
across RCG, M&E,
and ATTH. Identify and activate whitespace opportunities in collaboration with Industry PSMs.
Strategic Partner Engagement: Engage with the respective industry leads of the large 4
consulting partners
Collaboration: Align with the key segment S&D stakeholders on priorities and value drivers
Player-Coach Leadership: Operate in a hands-on manner while enabling and mentoring Industry PSMs
Experience/Skills:
15-18 years of experience across alliances, sales, strategy and business development.
People management experience is a plus.
Experience working with multiple teams driving outcomes in a collaborative manner
Ability to think strategically and develop compelling plans for new initiatives
Working knowledge of Salesforce technology and SaaS, PaaS, and aPaaS markets
Willingness to travel as required.
