About the role:
The Sales Strategy and Operations team is a high-performance team chartered with assisting senior executives in driving the business forward. The team is responsible for (i) Partnering with senior sales leadership to drive and track the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing executive recommendations ; (ii) Owning the business operational model and cadence, (iii) Planning for our future growth including both G4G and longer term cross functional strategic initiatives

Our Sales Strategy Analyst will play a critical role in the success of the team and become the key pool of talent to nurture, grow and develop into more senior roles within the organization. The successful candidates will assist our sales leaders and managers in weekly activities and projects including business planning, sales governance, pipeline analysis, sales coverage optimization, ongoing sales performance measurement, etc. Deliverables range from robust analytic models, custom performance analysis and the packaging of findings into presentation-ready content for Salesforce executives.
In this role, you will be supporting the COO and CEO office for Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Minimum desired qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in a quantitative field (Engineering, Econ, CS); Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 2–4 years in analytical roles (Consulting, Finance, or SaaS).
- Technical Stack: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets required; hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx preferred.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong logical reasoning; ability to spot trends and "the why" within large, complex datasets.
- Self-Starter Mindset: High autonomy and curiosity; a "get-it-done" attitude in ambiguous situations.
- Communication: Ability to distill technical findings into clear, actionable updates for the business.
- Languages: Fluent English required; Spanish or Italian highly preferred.
