The Senior Manager, Agentic Talent Development will drive the design, delivery, and program management of India-specific leadership development initiatives for 1000+ managers across South Asia. This role is critical to building great managers at scale through innovative, AI-enabled learning solutions and culturally relevant programming.

With over 1,289 managers across India and South Asia, Salesforce is experiencing significant growth in one of our largest and fastest-growing operating units. This role will be instrumental in ensuring every manager receives world-class development through both global programs and region-specific initiatives designed to meet local needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Innovation

  • Deploy the Culture of Feedback program for 1000+ managers in India, scaling from pilot to full implementation

  • Design and roll-out just-in-time monthly virtual enablement sessions for India-based managers, working with global team members.

  • Design local/India specific Enablement as may be request by the Business.

  • Ensure 100% coverage of Informatica based Managers through Manager 101

  • Provide strategic inputs and feedback for local leadership programs (e.g., Wharton-based program) in partnership with Sales Enablement

  • Leverage AI agents and agentic learning approaches to personalize and scale manager development

Delivery Excellence

  • Facilitate Manager 101 (Managing at Salesforce) for new managers (10+ sessions annually)

  • Deliver Culture of Feedback sessions (20+ sessions) in partnership with program operations

  • Lead local Manager Circle Sessions (as requested by Business) focused on targeted skill-building

  • Provide on-call delivery support for Discovering Salesforce in partnership with onboarding teams

  • Facilitate 10+ just-in-time talent process enablement sessions on topics including V2MOMs, check-ins, promotions, and performance management

Program/Project Management

  • Lead program management and operational excellence for Culture of Feedback across India

  • Ensure 100% coverage and last-mile delivery for all India-specific leadership development initiatives (particularly coverage of Informatica employees through Manager 101) and Culture of Feedback.

Stakeholder Management & Partnership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with India ES, Sales Enablement, and business leaders. Work with Sr Manager (India Talent Development Business Partner) to offer custom support to meet India Business needs.

  • Leverage existing relationships with Indian educational institutes to explore local partnerships

Success Measures:

Achieve 100% coverage through Culture of Feedback, exceeding qualitative targets Maintain facilitator scores above global average for all programs Deliver high-relevance ratings for process training and enablement sessions Drive measurable improvement in feedback culture and manager capability across India

Required Qualifications

  • Strong background in learning design, program management, and leadership development

  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end program lifecycles from design through delivery and measurement

  • Experience designing and scaling programs for large, diverse manager populations

  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitation and content design

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-enabled learning solutions and agentic talent development approaches

  • Knowledge of Indian business culture and talent development landscape

  • Existing relationships with Indian educational institutions and learning partners

  • Experience in global organizations with matrix structures

  • Background in organizational development or change management

  • Certifications in coaching, facilitation, or learning design
