The Senior Specialist, Agentic Talent Development provides critical program/project management, operational support, and facilitation for all India-specific leadership development initiatives. This role ensures seamless execution, last-mile coverage, and operational excellence for programs serving 1000+ managers across South Asia.

About This Role:

With over 1,289 managers across India and South Asia, operational excellence is critical to ensuring every manager receives world-class development. This role will be the backbone of program execution, ensuring flawless delivery, 100% coverage, and exceptional participant experience across all India-specific initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Program/Project Management

  • Own program/project management for all India-specific deliveries including:

    • Manager 101: Ensure 100% coverage in partnership with global team

    • Culture of Feedback: Ensure 100% coverage across India (1000+ managers)

    • Manager 101 Virtual: Full facilitation and production management

    • Manager Circles: Program management, operations, and co-facilitation

  • Serve as Point of Contact (POC) for India program impact and data tracking

  • Manage venue booking, logistics, collaterals, and participant communication for all programs in partnership with local CO-ordination/Operations.

  • Ensure last-mile coverage and completion tracking for all mandatory manager programs

Delivery & Facilitation

  • Facilitate Manager Circles focused on targeted leadership capabilities

  • Ensure last mile coverage for Culture of Feedback Sessions (20+ sessions).

  • Co-lead and facilitate virtual enablement sessions for India-based managers

  • Provide on-demand facilitation support for Discovering Salesforce

  • Deliver High Impact Teaming (HIT) sessions as required by the business

  • Serve as virtual producer for Manager 101 Virtual sessions in region

Operations & Coordination

  • Ensure venue availability and flawless program coordination for all in-person sessions

  • Drive 100% capacity utilization for Manager 101 in partnership with Team Membre.

  • Drive 100% capacity utilization for Culture of Feedback in partnership with Team Member.

  • Manage operational responsibilities including registration, communications, and technical production

  • Support monthly process enablement training logistics and coordination

Success Measures:

Program Management and Seamless program coordination for all initiatives Achieve 100% capacity utilization for Manager 101 (in partnership with Sr Manager) Achieve 100% capacity utilization for Culture of Feedback (in partnership with Sr Manager) Excellence in virtual producer/operational responsibilities with high participant satisfaction On-time program completion rates above 95% Zero critical operational issues or logistics failures

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong program management and operational coordination experience

  • Experience supporting delivery of learning programs at scale

  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Proven ability to manage logistics for virtual and in-person programs

  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

  • Technical proficiency with virtual learning platforms and production tools

  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with leadership development programs

  • Facilitation skills and interest in growing as a facilitator

  • Background supporting Informatica or acquisition integration programs

  • Experience working in India or South Asia markets

  • Familiarity with Salesforce tools and systems

  • Experience with data tracking and reporting for learning programs
