As the Technical Lead for Agentforce Marketing & Agentforce Commerce, you will accelerate one of our most critical assets: field product excellence. You will lead the strategy, design, and scaling of engaging, best-in-class product enablement for Agentforce Marketing and Commerce, leveraging Trailhead and immersive hands-on training to ensure our sellers and solution engineers are ready to win. You are the architect behind learning experiences that operate seamlessly at global scale - experiences that are interactive, innovative, and built to drive real performance outcomes. This role combines product depth, systems thinking, and executional rigor - giving you the opportunity to accomplish the best work of your life while enabling thousands of customer-facing professionals to do the same.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute global employee enablement programs for Agentforce Marketing and Agentforce Commerce, including Trailhead content and live hands-on training.

  • Design and develop Trailhead content that is engaging, fun, and relevant to internal employee audiences, including trails, badges, hands-on challenges, and micro-learning content.

  • Design, develop, and deliver live hands-on training for technical sellers, including virtual workshops and in-person hands-on training at employee events (e.g. Company Kick-off, Pre-Dreamforce).

  • Own the org strategy for internal hands-on training for Agentforce Marketing and Agentforce Commerce, partnering closely with Solutions, Specialists, and Product to identify gold-standard resources and scale org provisioning.

  • Support delivery of business-critical quarterly learning content aligned to specific cloud and cross-cloud strategic initiatives (e.g. new product launches, release readiness, etc.)

  • Develop, deliver, and test agentic components for internal Trailhead content (e.g. Sales Coach, Agentforce Quizzes, Slackbot, etc.)

  • Complete 3x/annual content maintenance cycles, updating all owned content with messaging and feature changes, in partnership with product stakeholders.

  • Drive project management and stakeholder management for all owned product learning content, ensuring seamless communication across product and field readiness teams.

  • Create scalable content for a global audience, producing learning that applies across multiple industries and geos, and finding innovative ways to tailor material for different learner profiles.

  • Anticipate and understand changing product, audience and business drivers and adapt to meet those needs.

  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on Salesforce products, with a focus on Agentforce Marketing and Commerce.

  • Be accountable for on-time, high-quality delivery of all owned content releases, proactively managing risks to deadlines.

Experience/Skills Desired:

  • Demonstrated product expertise in Agentforce Marketing and/or Agentforce Commerce.

  • Experience with technical sales and/or post-sales, strongly preferring experience with Salesforce sales methodology and processes.

  • Aptitude in instructional design principles (including adult learning theory) and live training delivery.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience with AI/LLM technologies to build and deliver instructional content (e.g. using generative AI for assessments or simulations).

  • Familiarity with Salesforce enablement platforms (Trailhead) and project management tools.

  • Ability to balance high standards for quality with the need to get to market fast.

  • Demonstrated ability for creative thinking and project management leading complex projects with minimal oversight.

  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and fluctuating environment.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
