The International Data Foundations Sales Strategy team is the engine room of Salesforce’s EMEA, LATAM, and ANZ data value chain products. The sales strategy team acts as the “right hand” to the International CRO and other regional leaders, solving complex problems at the intersection of global scale and start-up agility for our products MuleSoft and Informatica. You will operate at the heart of our growth engine, helping to steer the ship for one of our most vital global regions and product offerings.

Your Impact

As a Sales Strategy Intern, you will directly influence the productivity and direction of our team. You will:

  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Support go-to-market planning, identify local market opportunities, and assist in high-stakes investment decisions for the upcoming fiscal year.

  • Partner with Leadership: Gain direct exposure to the International leadership team at RVP level+.

  • Build Infrastructure: Help define performance metrics and build the reporting frameworks used to monitor the health of the International business.

  • Operational Excellence: Support the local operating rhythm, including forecasting cycles and executive-level business reviews (QBRs).

  • Deliver Insights: Identify business bottlenecks and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Experience

We are looking for Trailblazers—highly ambitious, commercially-minded individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Academic Background: Currently in your penultimate or final year of university (graduating between 2026 and 2027).

  • Analytical Rigor: A strong logical thinker who enjoys diving into data to extract meaningful insights. Preferably comfortable with G-Suite products and basic formulas (Xlookup, Sumifs, filter etc), and some experience with SQL.

  • Communication: Ability to translate complex information into "boardroom-ready" presentations and easily digestible insights.

  • Proactive Ownership: A self-starter "bias toward action"—you don’t just wait for tasks; you look for problems to solve.

  • Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable working in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
