We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to join our Local Government & Public Health Sales Team, covering Lazio & Campania
Our team acts as a trusted advisor to Public Sector organizations, partnering with Local Government and Public Health institutions to support their digital transformation journey and help them succeed in the Agentic AI era. We do this by delivering our complete portfolio of solutions and enabling measurable outcomes for administrations and the communities they serve.
Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle across your assigned territory and customer base. You will engage with senior executives and key decision-makers, expand existing relationships, and drive net-new growth within the Public Sector.
You will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment, working with Regions, In-house companies, Municipalities, Municipal Subsidiaries, and Public Health entities across Southern Italy.
Key Responsibilities
Drive pipeline generation and opportunity management across the full sales cycle
Manage and grow existing accounts, contracts, and installed footprint
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
Acquire net new customers within the Public Sector
Build and execute a territory and account strategy to maximize long-term value
Lead and orchestrate an extended virtual team (Pre-Sales, Marketing, Partners, Professional Services)
Deliver accurate forecasting and revenue performance
Represent and promote the Salesforce vision through customer engagements, executive briefings, events, and product demonstrations
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of selling enterprise software, technology solutions, or Advisory & Implementation services to B2G C-level executives
Strong experience within Local Government and Public Health in Southern Italy
6+ years of quota-carrying experience in software or technology sales
Demonstrated ability in account planning, complex deal management, and virtual team leadership
Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and customer success
