The Salesforce Public Sector Success Plan Sales team is seeking an outstanding seller to join our EMEA team. The successful candidate will support positioning and selling the Signature Success Plan to our most important customers with Italy 1 of the key markets to be supported.
The Signature bundle of Success resources deliver Salesforce’s most proactive and personalized support experience. The Signature Sales Executive will be responsible for scoping opportunities and positioning the value proposition of Signature Success with both internal and external customers. This individual will ensure our most strategic Public Sector customers invest in the right support offering and resource mix.
This is a sales role, and success will be measured by target attainment as well as year-over-year growth in Signature revenue.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed targets for Signature Success plans across bookings, attach, upgrades, and conversions
Build relationships with key internal partners to review territories and identify opportunities for Signature Success
Evangelize Signature Success internally and externally
Collaborate effectively across the organization (including License Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing Deal Desk, Legal, Product Management, and Delivery) to resolve customer or sales issues
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Qualifications:
Fluent English & Italian a must
5–7+ years of experience in license or professional services sales within the Public Sector arena
Experience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits ($M+)
Strong consultative selling skills, connecting customer objectives to solutions and business value
Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
Background in business transformation and technology delivery is a plus
Salesforce product knowledge preferred
Self-starter with strong influence skills and resilience in fast-paced environments
Excellent relationship-building skills with proven growth of key accounts
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Degree or equivalent relevant experience
