What you'll be doing...

As an Enterprise Account Executive at MuleSoft, you will own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts, driving the adoption of MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform — the world's leading integration and API management solution. You will partner with C-level executives to help them unlock the full value of their digital transformation initiatives by connecting applications, data, and devices across any cloud or on-premises environment.

  • Drive net-new revenue and expand existing accounts by selling MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform to enterprise customers across a defined territory.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed annual quota targets.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close, engaging executive sponsors and navigating enterprise procurement processes.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and senior IT and business leaders, positioning MuleSoft as a strategic platform for integration, API management, and digital transformation.
  • Forecast accurately and manage pipeline with rigor, using Salesforce CRM as your system of record.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, and MuleSoft/Salesforce product teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Stay current on MuleSoft's product roadmap, competitive landscape, and industry trends to effectively position our platform value.
  • Champion customer advocacy by building a base of referenceable, satisfied enterprise clients.

Who you are...

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quota selling complex, solution-based technology.
  • Experience selling integration, middleware, API management, or cloud platform solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders at the C-suite level.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build and execute strategic territory and account plans.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to orchestrate internal resources across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills; comfortable with pipeline management, forecasting, and business reviews.
  • Experience working in or selling to industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing is a plus.
