About our Team

The Office of the Chief Operating and Financial Officer is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Program Delivery to lead Salesforce’s enterprise expansion programs. This role drives scalable, governed growth into new markets, ensuring every expansion is aligned, measurable, and executed with operational rigor.

You will own the end-to-end management of geographic expansions. Your work will ensure that all expansions are planned, approved, and executed with full cross-functional readiness, and that outcomes are tracked against clear business cases.

This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, Dallas, Indianapolis, Atlanta, EMEA with an expectation of being in-office 3 days per week for team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex cross-functional programs supporting Salesforce’s Enterprise transformation

  • Manage all aspects of the program lifecycle—including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and issues

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategy, business needs, and delivery approach

  • Drive execution through consistent program governance, risk mitigation, and transparent communication

  • Facilitate recurring project and stakeholder meetings; track and escalate issues to leadership when needed

  • Own and maintain program-level reporting, including master project plans and risks and issues

  • Support onboarding of program team members and maintain documentation, artifacts, and shared channels

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects—preferably within large-scale transformations

  • Experience working in a high-tech, SaaS, or software industry is strongly preferred

  • Solid understanding of project lifecycle, methodologies, and tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, or equivalent

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and priority-setting skills

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across functions and leadership levels

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
