Account Executive Senior - Marketing Cloud

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive Marketing Cloud adoption across enterprise accounts in diverse industries. You'll build strategic relationships with marketing leaders, orchestrate complex sales cycles, and help customers transform their marketing strategies through AI-powered solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business acquisition and expand Marketing Cloud footprint within existing enterprise accounts across multiple industries
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, consistently exceeding revenue targets through strategic account planning
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with CMOs, Marketing Directors, and IT leaders to understand their customer engagement and data challenges
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close, leveraging consultative selling approaches
  • Articulate Marketing Cloud's AI capabilities and demonstrate ROI through personalized demos, business cases, and proof of concepts
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Industry experts to deliver tailored solutions
  • Navigate organizational structures to identify decision-makers, influencers, and champions across marketing, IT, and executive teams
  • Stay current on marketing technology trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience with consistent quota achievement
  • Proven success selling marketing technology, SaaS platforms, or data/analytics solutions
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation, customer data platforms, personalization, or digital marketing ecosystems
  • Strong business acumen with ability to build compelling ROI models and business cases
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across C-level, VP, and practitioner levels
  • Track record of building strategic relationships and positioning as a trusted advisor
  • Ability to work cross-industry (retail, financial services, healthcare, technology, etc.) and quickly learn vertical-specific use cases
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English

Preferred:

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms
  • Background in marketing, digital transformation, or customer experience roles
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing solutions and data-driven personalization strategies
  • Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud)
  • Established network of marketing leaders in the region
  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees)
